51 year old male patient before and 3 months after bilateral lower blepharoplasty, midface lift and S-Scar facelift. He was unhappy with his previous eyelid lift and uncorrected mid face and cheeks. He has polar bear syndrome and is highly prone to ectropion so the cosmetic surgery needs to support the mid face and eyes.
