You could benefit from liposuction alone, but the best result would be achieved with both a tummy tuck and liposuction. If you are trying to achieve a result like the last two pictures, you would need to lose additional weight on your own as well. Good luck.

There is no great study to guide us in answering this question. It would be reasonable to wait three months after Accutane treatment is completed in my opinion. You should wait more than six months for laser resurfacing.

Most cosmetic surgery is performed at surgery centers. It is easier to control costs at a surgery center and it is more appropriate for outpatient surgery. For insurance cases, sometimes the insurer will not pay for surgery centers and will require surgery to be performed at a hospital. Also, for high risk cases, a hospital may be more appropriate.

Blepharoplasty will certainly give you a more significant improvement. It would definitely be my recommendation. Fractional CO2 laser is a great complementary treatment if you have fine wrinkles, but you don’t need it. Upper eyelid surgery is the way to go for your case. I recommend fractional carbon dioxide laser resurfacing of your face, upper blepharoplasty (eyelids), buccal (cheek) fat pad reduction, Botox and some filler. I recommend fractional carbon dioxide laser resurfacing of your face, neck and chest. It will restore your skin’s radiant glow that has diminished in the last decade. I would recommend that you lose weight before surgery. At your current weight the risks would be much higher and the final result less satisfying. You should aim to lose at least 50 pounds first. Good luck with the diet and exercise.

Don’t waste your time and money with liposuction only. You have a large amount of extra skin that will need to be removed for a nice result.
