That's not black cement, the black is metal not covered by porcelain. Don't know if this was discussed before the treatment began but you can have a strong, all porcelain bridge without metal underneath. It is possible that it was done this way because of your bite, but that cannot be determined by just the photo. In any case, it appears the bridge is functional and it won't be terribly noticeable to others. Sorry about your disappointment .Best of luck

Very sorry about your whitening experience. Looks like the isolation wasn't good and some of the acid etch used to whiten the teeth pooled with the saliva which then got on to your lips causing a superficial burn. Try using some Vitamin E oil multiple times per day on the lips and avoid hot or spicy foods , and nothing with sharp edges like chips or pretzels. You can also put some ice on to limit the swelling. You have some cavities in your front teeth. You need an evaluation of why you are getting these at such a young age. Probably some dietary issues going on that can be addressed to help prevent more of this from going on. Then simply get these problems fixed with nice tooth colored fillings. If you are anxious about having this done, consider finding a dentist that does sedation dentistry to get you comfortable.
