From your photos, you appear to have fairly dark hair and your skin type would be appropriate for use of lasers for hair removal. Reducing hair and ingrown hair is just what these lasers are meant to do. You should get an inperson evaluation by an experienced Laser provider in your area to answer and provide more information, but from your pictures it does appear that you wold be a good candidate for these treatments. I would recommend seeing a provider who is experienced in masseter injections as this provider may be less experienced. From your photos, In patients of your age, with the amount of chin fat that you have, I would typically recommend Kybella to the area as it is more precise and can target small pockets of fat that need sculpting. Also younger patients typically have very good skin elasticity and do not usually need tightening of the area after Kybella here.
