If you are open to some droop, you can consider an augmentation with a less aggressive lifting techniques like a crescent lift and nipple to crease distance shortening while avoiding a vertical scar. A vertical lift could be added in the future as you stated if you are unhappy with your glandular ptosis.

Make sure you are communicating with your surgeon about strategies including massage, wearing a bandeau, and stretching protocols and preventing capsular contracture. At the six month post-op point, any meaningful dropping of implant is low and possibly surgery to adjust the pocket may be required--best of luck.
