Your repair was 2 years ago yet you still have sutures. Make sure you see your doctor to see if any mesh or non-absorbable sutures were used. The suture should be cut and then vagina estrogen used to help heal the area.

It is unfortunate that you had this result. But I do see some tissue there that can be repaired and at minimum made symmetrical. It is not easy to put tissue back, but you can end up with a more pleasing result. Make sure you are clear with what remaining labia can be trimmed.
