Based on the pictures you are a good candidate for the breast reduction . If the insurance does not cover it you can pay cash for it. You have to first see if breast reduction is covered by your insurance, then you have to be evaluated to see if you fit there criteria , then the insurance company will answer. If no see how much it cost you may be able to afford it.The question not asked , is never answered.

If the correct diameter implants are matched to your chest then the space in the middle should be aesthetically pleasing. There will always be a space if done properly ,to avoid a wide space the implant diameter should be close to the base width diameter of the breast.

Everyone is different but with the two surgeries you are having 2-4 weeks . Getting up and around the house 1-2 days after surgery and take it easy for the next week. Then a gradual  increase in activity over the next week and possible go back to a desk job at 2 weeks. If it is a more rigorous job it could take 2-4 weeks more .
Second opinion for a mastopexy implant?

Without pictures it is hard to say what you should do. The nipples had to have been raised if you had a mastopexy and the scar had tobe around the nipple and below it. The periareolar mastopexy alone does not work…  You need to have a consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to determine what is best and probable have the surgery done by someone other than the first doctor.
Implants moved closer together – can that be reversed?

If the implants are too close together the base width diameter of the implant is probable too large for your chest. Yes the implants can be changed again.  It may be beneficial to place the implants in the submuscular plane because the ones you have are likely in the submammary plane.

To get an attractive breast you would need a breast lift. Augmentation alone would not look ideal.The lift result in a scar around the areola and down the middle of the breast to the infra mammary crease.

Any scar on the abdomen can make a tummy tuck more difficult but it should not preclude the surgery. A board certified Plastic Surgeon should be able to modify the surgery to bring about a substantial improvement in the appearance of the abdomen.Now if you said leave no scars or that you only would do it if the scar was the same as a standard abdominoplasty scar the doctor may have not wanted to operate because he or she thought you could not be satisfied by the outcome.

The FDA has approved  Silicone implants only for those 22 and over.The rupture rate for saline implants is the same as or silicone. Yes you should not lay on the breast implants ,especially right after the procedure. You should not lay or sit on the buttocks after the BBL . The tummy tuck done at the same time is also a factor and you should do as little twisting as possible.I believe it is better to not do the breast and buttock at the same time.
