Considering 20 veneers

Without seeing photos or your case it is hard to comment on the appropriateness of your treatment plan. 20 veneers is a big step so getting a second opinion would certainly be a prudent step.
What can I do to make my smile more aesthetically pleasing after getting Veneers?
Unhappy WIth New Veneers

Your arch is very narrow. Your side teeth (bicuspids) set too far in which makes the front six look like the only teeth you have. Its not the front six that makes you want a fuller smile, its all the teeth behind them being out of position. You either need to have orthodontic expansion of your upper arch to move the posterior teeth out where they should be or possibly veneers on your posterior teeth to build them out so they are visible and your smile looks fuller and more natural. Severe Pain in tooth with Crown

From your description it is highly likely your tooth needs a root canal. Sometimes in teeth that have had significant work done on them over the years such as fillings and a crown, the nerve deteriorates and becomes abscessed. Usually a small opening can be made in the crown to perform the procedure so that you can continue to keep the crown. Call your regular dentist if they do root canals or see an endodontist.

If the bite has been adjusted 3 times and you are still having discomfort, a root canal may well be necessary. You may want to have it evaluated by an endodontist for a second opinion.
If I’m in need of root canals, do I have to get them done before I get veneers? Can I just get th
Root Canal prior to Veneer

A normal veneer preparation rarely requires the tooth to need a root canal. If the tooth requires extensive preparation due to its position, has considerable decay present, or has a nerve that is damaged due to previous trauma or dental work, then a root canal may be necessary. So to answer your question it depends on why you are supposed to have root canals? Traditional veneers rarely require a root canal.

Problems With Implant

Sorry to hear of your difficulty with placement and failure of an implant. What you are experiencing is very unusual. I would suggest getting another opinion, possibly seeing an oral surgeon and have the area evaluated since the current course of treatment does not seem to be effective.
Common for root canals after crowns?
Root Canals after Crown Preps
Jun 9, 2016

Having two asymptomatic teeth prepped and then both require root canals is not common but it does happen. Anytime a tooth is prepared for a crown it is traumatic to the nerve in the tooth. As dentists we do all we can to prevent any damage to the nerve but the process sometimes does just that. Teeth have a very poor blood supply and healing ability. Teeth such as yours that had been previously worked on such as multiple fillings, possible fractures, etc., are more likely to not tolera…
