Silk does not usually swell as much as Juvederm Ultra when used for lip plumping since Juvederm absorbs water.  1 syringe is only 1/5 of a teaspoon of volume.  It would be nice to see your before photos for comparison.  I usually use a needle rather than cannula to inject the lips, but both options are reasonable. If you want more fullness, you can have another syringe.

Edge trim type labiaplasty often gives irregular scalloping of edges, which is why I prefer the wedge resection type labiaplasty.  Also a double wedge labiaplasty can significantly reduce your clitoral hood skin excess.  It does not seem from your postop photos that much if any skin was removed from your clitoral hood region.   I recommend that you speak with your surgeon to confirm exactly what was done.  Revision surgery is possible but wait at least 6 months before having this done and...

You can do just internal treatment, and you won't get too tight.  You should plan on 3 monthly treatments for the optimum result although each treatment should show some improvement.  Touch up treatments to maintain your results are usually done every 6-9 months after your original series of 3 treatments.

Speak with your plastic surgeon who should measure you in planning. Dimensional planning and computer imaging to preview your results are keys to your success/satisfaction.  Instead of cup size, choses based on an implant size that will not cause complications.  Bra cup sizes can vary among manufacturers.  Only a skilled plastic surgeon can determine whether your size goal is realistic without risking complications of "too large"  Best of luck.

It takes at least  weeks to reach the 90% result- relax! You are still swollen.
