Im here to be gladly assist you with this question.
PCOS will not prevent you from having surgery. You will need a medical clearance from your doctor before continuing with surgery to ensure you are safe for anesthesia. As long you are healthy enough to undergo general anesthesia, then it should be fine to proceed because that is the most important part.
I hope that helped.

The length of time drains stay in place depends on your condition and the discretion of your plastic surgeon.
In general, drains stay in place for two weeks. But if there’s a lot of liquid accumulating inside, then it’s okay to extend it for a couple more weeks.
Just follow the instructions of your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon and you’ll be fine. He knows your condition best so trust his recommendations.
Best of luck!

It’s quite unusual to still have bruising at this point. It usually resolves within a month post-liposuction. However, it might be possible that it’s due to skin staining from hemosiderin, a byproduct of broken down blood cells. This might take years to resolve.
It can also be due to chronic smoking, use of blood thinners, and abnormal bleeding or clotting profile.
I suggest that you consult a reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon for a sec…
