I agree with Dr. Seckels and Zubowicz it is more convenient and advisable do not combine these two procedures(tummy tuck and thigh lifting) in order to avoid some potential complications (like infection or skin necrosis) and a very uncomfortable recovery time. therefore a more prudent behavior would be to perform these procedures at different times or stage.
