Sculpsure is a good option for removal of fat around the waist. The most appropriate patient for Sculpsure is someone who is close to their ideal weight (within 30 pounds or so) who has localized areas of unwanted fat. So you are the ideal candidate for Sculpsure.

Thank you for your question. Yes, it is fine to inject Bellafill in an area that has other kinds of filler. When Bellafill is injected on top of other filler, it should be done to full correction, not overfilled. The Juvederm that is still present in the area will dissipate slowly and evenly over time, and there will be a reduction in volume when the Juvederm is gone. In regards to filling in hollows of the cheeks and marionette lines, Bellafill is a good option. Although Bellafill is FDA approved only for the nasolabial lines (smile lines) and for correction of acne scars, it is safe to use in other “off-label” areas, with the exception of the lips. I use Bellafill as a volume enhancement in the cheeks, chin, temples, and forehead, and as a wrinkle filler in most areas.
