Thank you for your question. Before undergoing surgery both you and your surgeon must decide on the incision position and the pocket position. Your surgeon will explain the pros and cons of each incision and pocket.
In my practice I routinely use the infra-mammary fold as it is generally well hidden and gives great access for pocket dissection during surgery. I regularly combine the infra-mammary fold with dual plane pocket position.

Thanks for your question. Many people struggle with swallowing tablets. There are a couple of options.1. You could ask your local pharmacist for dispersible tablets which can be dissolved in water 2. Painkillers in a suspension form – liquid form.
I am sure your friendly local pharmacist will be able to find an acceptable solution for your tablet swallowing dilemma.

Thanks for your question. In some patients breast augmentation can lead to a SLIGHT elevation of the nipple. In some patients this is enough for them and so they can avoid scars on the breast required to lift the nipple and/or breast.
I think it is essential to be assessed in person to determine whether you need a breast lift in addition to the augmentation. This is even more so when it is a borderline case. In these situations it is important to be comfortable with the decisions you make…

Safe surgery is my number one concern. I always want you and any patient to be safe as possible. if you come down with a cold or any illness before surgery you must let your surgeon know. He or she will need to discuss whether the procedure should be rescheduled to ensure your safety and success. It is always better to be safe than sorry! As a surgeon I would be happy to postpone surgery until you are well again
