As your doctor said, intensive liposuction was not applied to that area in order not to disturb the blood circulation. I recommend completing the healing process (approximately 1 year), after which correction can be made with liposuction if necessary.

Generally, some sagging may occur 7-10 years after breast reduction/lift surgery. That’s why I recommend you to have a breast lift operation again. If you want your breasts to be larger than their current volume, breast lift and implant operations can also be performed. I just don’t think Hypertrophic scar repair will make you very happy. Also, do not forget that Hypertrophic scar may develop after your new breast lift operation.
