The same reason the price of your real estate has gone up.Also, more recently, prices for all medical procedures have gone up due to the need for additonal PPE, covid testing etc.The price of procedures can vary in different countries depending on the local economies. This does not mean you will get the same level of care as you would back home!

Pregnancy involves a number of changes, both physical and physiological.I normally advise waiting 3 months following a termination or a miscarriage.Following childbirth, I normally recommend waiting at least 9 months following cessation of breast feeding.

In short, if you can see your imframammary fold when you have your arms raised up, then you may be able to get away with a well chosen implant alone. Otherwise, a lift is often required.

This is an extremely mild form of tubular breasts, and one that can be corrected with a well chosen implant alone with adjustments of the breast pockets. The puffiness of the areolae are difficult to correct without scars (that can be quite obvious). I think the overall improvement with breast augmentation alone may suffice to distract you sufficiently from the puffiness of the areolae.
Am I a good candidate for breast implant removal?

If you feel uncomfortable with your implants, it is always best to remove them! But bear in mind that your breasts would have stretched and expanded since you had the implants in. As a consequence, you will have empty and droopy breasts once the implants are out. You will need a formal breast lift (lollipop or anchor scar).
