These procedures can usually be combined but that needs to be discussed with your surgeon as not all breast surgery experts also offer labiaplasty and vice versa, but many can. Hi adhesions from a medical perspective refer to scar tissue within the tummy cavity, not under the skin. An abdominplasty remains outside the tummy cavity so adhesions should not matter. At your consultation in a couple of months, your surgeon will be able to examine your tummy and assess the external scars and skin.

Hi ultimately you are in charge of what you agree to, in respect to surgery but if you’re wanting a natural result (often through a less projected implant) it is less likely you’ll achieve the appearance you want without the lift.
If you haven’t already I recommend a full and thorough consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.

Hi there are numerous reasons your breasts might be painful ranging from related to your breast implants to the breast tissue itself, and even the fact you recently had a child (congratulations by the way!).
It would be sensible to have a breast examination through the GP or your local breast surgery service to investigate.

Hi, thank you for your question and the photos. It would require an examination to be sure but, from the photos supplied, it appears a breast lift might be advisable as there seems to be a reasonable degree of laxity and drop. An implant alone is unlikely to fully address this. Best wishes.
