The facelift can be done wide awake using local anesthesia and oral medications to help you relax. Patients do incredibly well with this and it avoids the side effects of general anesthesia.

Thank you for your question. Patients with Raynaud's are at increased risk of necrosis. It is reasonable to proceed with rhinoplasty as long as you understand the risks. I recommend scarless/closed rhinoplasty for all rhinoplasty regardless of whether primary or revision rhinoplasty and certainly for a Raynaud's patient.

Some of the bulbosity will improve as your swelling resolves. I personally prefer to avoid implants altogether and there are now at least 3 good options to augment the dorsum using your own tissue. I recommend scarless/closed rhinoplasty for all rhinoplasty regardless of whether primary or revision rhinoplasty.
