Fillers just last for a year, so you will keep expending money forever, plus if going under surgery for tip fix, is better to have it done the same day. Its just a one hour and a half procedure, no need to worry.

Saline gets absorbed by your body so that is not an option. You can inject more hyaluronic acid to the other side and try to even it out, or you can wait until it gets disolved by itself, which may take some time.

Fat transfer to the area will diminish the dimple and look more youthful. I also recommend doing an eyelid surgery to have your eyes more open and also reduce the sagging in the lower eyelids.
