You will need enhancement with implant’s perhaps of different sizes because of the different sizes of breasts.

I would suggest a silicone implant. In your case might need to go under the muscle. They wont look fake if you use a moder ate profile.
Fat transfer is another option but currently you don’t have enough.
Areola can be reduced easily.
