At two months there is still significant swelling and still much healing to occur. It is too early to determine if you will need a revision. Over the course of the year much of what you see may improve as swelling continues to subside and scar tissue matures. Stay in close contact with your surgeon and if you decide to have a revision seek out an expert that specializes in this.

Can capsular contracture be corrected by inframammary incision?

I am sorry to hear that you have developed a capsular contracur. If you do need surgery to correct this the inframammary approach can be used. I prefer to use the vertical incision from your lift as I find this makes complete removal of the capsule easier, but any approach that your surgeon is comfortable with will work.

Your concerns are normal for this stage in the healing process. I can see the fullness you are describing in your pictures, but it is impossible to tell if this is simply swelling or residual bone in the area. Give yourself the appropriate amount of time to heal - at least 3 - 6 months. If the area does not improve, it is likely your surgeon will be able to correct this with a minor revision.

It is completely normal to be concerned with size in the early stages of healing after breast augmentation. It is often shocking to see your new breasts, especially while they are swollen and sitting high still. Give yourself time to heal and settle. This can often take weeks to months. If you tried sizes on with your surgeon beforehand, you should be confident that this will be what you were hoping for.

In addition to the placement of an implant to provide the fullness and size that you want I would also suggest a small lift or simply a reduction of the areola. This will help improve the shape of the breasts. It is certainly possible to achieve soft, natural looking results with the use of appropriately sized silicone implants.

At 4 weeks you are still healing and how you look now is not how you will look 3 months from now. The implants will continue to settle and as they do you may lose some upper pole fullness but the nipple may appear rise up 1 -2 cm on the breast. Unfortunately the circumareolar (donut or Benelli) lift is not a true breast lift. It can raise the nipple a little bit but does not do much to lift the breast or tighten the breast skin. It also does not provide any support for the breast.

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the results of your procedure. Please rest assured that many patients will require minor touch ups or even larger revisions after rhinoplasty. It is important to discuss your results with your surgeon and if you are unsatisfied you should seek out a surgeon that specializes in revision procedures. Specifically, you will likely need a small cartilage graft to the left nostril as well as some work on the septum and tip to straighten it out.
