Hi, Emsculpt Neo can cause burns if the frequency is too high. In our office, If rating 1-10 you reach a 7 in discomfort you should let us know so we can turn the heat down to avoid any potential burn. If you do get a burn you may want to put Aquaphor on it to keep it moist and allow time for healing.

Hi, if you are treating your abdomen you should be fine as the piercings are not in the general area you are treating. You can also place a small towel or cross your arms across your chest for more coverage.
