Dr. Trussler furthered his specialized training with a one-year aesthetic surgery fellowship at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, where he served as an assistant professor in the department of plastic surgery from 2007 to 2012, as well as the director of both the cosmetic residency and fellowship programs and the co-director of the abdominal wall reconstruction program.

Outside of his private practice, Dr. Trussler remains deeply committed to research and advancing the field of cosmetic surgery. His research interests include the biomechanical properties of the face and abdomen, comparison of facelift techniques, minimally invasive lower eyelid and cheek lifting procedures, breast reconstruction flap anatomy, and clinical body contouring procedures, including the long-term outcomes of abdominoplasty.

Tip rhinoplasty are appropriate for a nose with a smooth dorsum of appropriate height and width and when the tip is made smaller it is well balanced with the rest of the nose. From the photos it appears that you have thick skin with a bulbous tip, which may work well with a tip rhinoplasty if the width and height of the remainder of the nose is appropriate. A consultation with three dimensional imaging would be a great next step to determine if this is the right procedure for you.

A breast lift or mastopexy repositions the nipple to a higher position and tighten the breast. The nipple is well below the equator of the breast and a lift is in order. A lift with an auto-augmentation could be a great procedure to balance and shape the breast. If additional volume is needed, a low profile implant to meld with the rounded chest combined with a lift could be ok though younger patients will have more dense tissue which is more difficult to position on the implant.
