You have very slight doming of your areolae, or at least whilst your nipples aren't erect. Herniation of the areola is a feature of tuberous breasts, but yours are very mild. In my mind you would also need to have constricted lower poles to your breasts to be called tuberous breasts, which you do not have. Yours is just a normal variation of the areola. It is difficult to say without saying a preop photo or being able to examine you directly. You have a very neat scar and a nice contour. I am not sure you tight the band of your trousers are around you waist, but if they dig in then this will always leave a bulge above. At 7 weeks there will still certainly be swelling, and also the skin will not have fully contracted, so I would recommend you wearing your compression garments for longer. A tummy tuck will certainly flatten your abdomen and improve the contour. If you have strong abs and little overlying fat then they will be more visible. An alternative is to have etching liposuction to in a fashion to accentuate the appearance of abdominal muscles.

For your size 600cc is quite large, however if you do have sagging D cup breasts then you might well require an implant of such as large size in order to fill out your breasts if you are not willing to have a lift with a smaller implant. But remember that larger implants are more likely to require revisional surgery sooner then smaller implants. Discuss all this in a face to face consultation with your plastic surgeon.

I would leave this up to your surgeon at the time of surgery, assuming your surgeon uses trial sizers before putting in the real implants. As long as your surgeons knows what look you are after (from a thorough consultations, measurements, reviewing "wish pics", and any trial implants sizers you have tried on) then I would leave it up to them. No matter what I or anyone else might suggest beforehand, nothing beats seeing exactly how the implants fit than at the time of surgery.
