Thank you for your inquiry.    Deciding the shape of an implant is just as important as choosing the size.  The width of an implant should fit the width of a woman's breast.  An implant that is too wide, most moderate and moderate plus implants are too wide with very little projection, makes a woman appear bulky and top heavy.    An implant that is too narrow will give a torpedo look.     Most women that I see want a balanced breast with good projection.  I find the Allergan SRX is a good ...

Thank you for your inquiry.   It is possible to undergo another revision of your breasts.   I would caution you not to get too hung up on a cup size.   I do not discuss cup sizes with patients as this "measurement" is very inconsistent among bra manufacturers and styles of bras.   You may be a D in a certain bra but a C in another.   Rather examine the "look" of your breast volume and shape.  Are they too large or bulky for your body habitus?   If so, then it can certainly be revised.  But...

Thank you for your inquiry.   After viewing your photos, it appears liposuction would be a good choice for you at this time in your life.   Liposuction could definitely remove the resistant fatty tissue on your hips and abdomen.   This will give you a smaller waistline but may also result in some extra skin.  Since you are still contemplating future pregnancies, I feel this is a good trade-off and a tummy tuck can be done after your are through having your family.Good luck

Thank you for your inquiry.   I agree with your assessment that your right eyebrow is lower than your left and that is causing the difference in the amount of excess skin on your upper lids.   I would recommend seeing several board certified plastic surgeons for an examination and evaluation.   I feel you may be a good candidate for an endoscopic brow lift which can correct your asymmetry and the position of your brows.   Good luck

Thank you for your inquiry.    Allow the swelling to resolve and then compare photos.   I would suggest 2 options if no result:   liposuction under IV sedation, the surgeon can be more aggressive without patient discomfort, and Kybella.    Discuss this with your surgeon after the swelling has resolved.

Thank you for your inquiry.  Congratulations on your weight loss.   It is difficult to assess your arms with the photos you have submitted.   Photos showing your arms from front and back with the arms outstretched will be a better way for us to assess you.    I would suggest seeing 2-3 board certified plastic surgeons in your area as well because the elasticity of your skin will need to be assessed as well and that can only be done in a face to face consultation.

Thank you for your inquiry.   After viewing your photos, I feel an augmentation would be sufficient without a lift.    The size and shape of the implants has to be determined at a face to face consultation.    I prefer smooth, round silicone implants compared to the anatomic shaped implants.    If you are not completely comfortable with the size and shape you mentioned then please discuss this with your surgeon.
