Answer Snippet
What all would I need done to restore my smile?
Should be easy
Feb 5, 2016
Hard to say without Xrays but these are typically straightforward cases. Unless there is significant bone loss, a bone graft is not indicated and it really is not painful at all.
What options do I have since I have bone loss in both of my front teeth?
Difficult to say without an Xray.

It depends on several factors: Remaining bone level, mobility, presence of active infection etc. Based on those factors the treatment can be as simple as a deep cleaning, local antiobiotics/laser treatment, splinting of teeth or the tooth may need extraction. Consult a dentist soon
I’m having a second Root Canal on the same tooth in 10 months. Do you think I can go to the original e
You should try

10 months is a relatively short period of time to have to redo a procedure. I feel that in the spirit of fairness to the patient, the work has to be evaluated by the person who did the root canal and find out why it has failed. I believe any resonalbe doctor would make some arrangement so that the patient does not have to pay for the same procedure twice in less than a year.
What would be the most affordable option for fixing obtrusive canine teeth?
Couple of options

Hard to tell from photograph but orthodontics is the best option. The next best option is conservative enamel reshaping. Hope this helps.
I have an overbite on the bottom and when I smile my teeth aren’t straight, they are slanted. What wou
Orthodontics

With the limited information it is hard to say. But orthdontics and possible orthognatic surgery is your best option in cases of underbite and a canted smile. Hope this helps. You will need a complete evaluation by an orthodontist or two to determine the best course of action.
What is the best option for getting these two teeth in place? (Impacted canine?)
Best treatment is now always fastest
Sep 30, 2014
Your best long term treatment is orthodontics (braces). That gives you the most permanent results with minimal alteration of tooth structure. It can be done with great results.
Why is my tooth still pulsating/throbbing after the root canal retreat that I had done about 3 wks ago
Should have it checked by the endodontist
Sep 30, 2014
One of three possibilities:1- The area is still healing 2- There is a fractured root3- There is still residual infection in the canalI would avoid any new crowns until you are symptom free. Hope this helps.
