The incision should be in the breast fold and if its visible in frontal profile, then it’s too low.According to me, the position is also too lateral and they are Assymetric. If the implants are under the muscle then a short revision with conversion to dual plane will correct this. If its already dual plane , them some more release of the muscle from the breast tissue might be needed to adjust the position of the implants. If its under the gland then the revision might be more extensive. Ask your doctor what type of suture he used for closing the deep layer of the skin and which technique he used. If its a long lasting absorbable suture like polydioxanone, then it takes up to 9 months to resolve. Although it must be distressing and extremely painful, the answer can be best given by your plastic surgeon. He will know what he had done in your particular case and will be able to explain what might be the cause. Swelling and fibrosis take 4-6 months to resolve. In the meantime they present as localised hardness and look bumpy. I recommend that you go for massages by a physiotherapist. If after 4-6 months they persist, then you can go back to your plastic surgeon who will examine and counsel you about any small correction if needed. So, just wait, Im pretty sure this may resolve by itself.

Stretch marks are a sign of poor skin quality. Have your skin and fat assessed by a plastic surgeon who has experience in body contouring. This is important because if the skin is too saggy, then you should not go for an isolated liposuction procedure. You may need a thigh lift. Your asymmetry is mild and a small procedure with a scar hidden inside the areola could correct this in a single outpatient procedure. The volume in both breasts appears to be he same. Unless you want augmentation as well, breast fat grafting will not address the situation.
