Keep the area clean and dry. You can see wound healing issues at the T-scar area…as you show in your pictures..although they are somewhat blurry.
Please consult your original plastic surgeon.

Almost certainly a contributing factor. You may have musculoskeletal issues also that are part of the problem…difficult to say with our seeing you.

If you feel you are too large still then you need to have a friendly chat with your original plastic surgeon and see what they feel about the situation…was there a reason the couldn’t reduce further??

The scar needs to be revised and if I had performed your surgery, I would offer to do this for you.
Please consult your original plastic surgeon. It could be done under local anaesthetic.

Thank you for your question.
It really is to early to tell at 6-7 days following the procedure-however, if you are patient and have an uncomplicated recovery (no infection etc) then you should have a good idea by 3 months. It can take longer than you would think.
