Hi Clarkebi,Ear cartilage is normally surgically folded to reduce the ear projection during Otoplasty.I think this could be a piece of folded ear cartilage that is normally done during otoplasty. This piece has fallen out of line unknowingly.It may slowly disappear if not it can be surgically fixed.40 years experience, American Society of Plastic Surgery.

Hi there,Nowadays we use crushed cartilage and not a full piece of rib that can warp, Moreover, it gives a more natural appearance as compared to the look that you have of the clearly seen implant.I think it’s the mindset up that decides whether alar plasty or not.For some, you may look ok but if you feel your nostrils are large then a photo animation can be done and if you like the looks then surgery should be done.Alar plasty can be done from the inside without any external scars.

Dear oneI am sorry to have learned the long list of symptoms that you have caused by BII.
The short answer is that this is what I do to all my explant enblock capsulectomy surgery with immediate breast restoration using fat grafting.
Since I don’t what to send these women without much breast after only explant surgery.
Additionally, it’s much simpler for surgeons to do it together.
