The pubic bulge will not be fixed by a tummy tuck alone, to get a good cosmetic result , it will require a pubic lift , this is most of the time done during the tummy tuck. It requires a liposuction of the pubic area along with horizontal skin excision to shorten the long pubis, this will meet the tummy tuck incision and also 2 vertical incisions to treat the pubic width excess.

Looking at your pictures, there is too much skin , in order to tighten and sculpt the area and get a great result you with need definitely a tummy tuck combined with a liposuction of the flanks, over the abdomen the liposuction is more conservative specially over the center of the belly.
Should I be happy with these results? I had asymmetrical breast augmentation.

Painful scar tissue after 4 c sections is most probably due to fibrosis beneath the scars. It could be due to keloids or hypertrophic scars A physical exam done by your doctor can rule out other causes.
