Can a tummy tuck and lipo around the entire trunk be done by going through the navel?

An important question. Many people struggle with keloid scars. Some improvement can be made using only the belly button such as tightening the abdominal muscles. Unfortunately skin cannot be removed from a belly button incision. Another option to consider is using steroid injections in the skin either at the time of surgery or afterwards to limit the risk of keloid scarring.

Thank you for sharing your photos. You appear to have a belly button hernia that would need to be repaired at the same time. While repairing the hernia, I reestablish normal inward position of the belly button. A tummy tuck with umbilical repair, abdominal wall (rectus) plication and liposuction will make for a pleasing result.

Thank you for sharing your photos. It does not appear that you have a tuberous breast deformity. You appear to have some accessory axillary breast tissue which can be addressed with liposuction during surgery . If you want to use a very large implant, I would consider separating the procedures into different sessions.

First because you may not need a lift. A large implant might set things very nicely for you and avoid the scars from a lift.

If you prefer the upper pole of the higher breast I would raise the opposite fold. If you like the upper pole of the lower breast, I would lower the opposite fold.

It’s a great question. It’s important to be proactive and prepare for surgery. I recommend my patients adhere to a low carb, low salt, high protein diet. Also I recommend probiotics daily. I also recommend avoiding aspirin or iburprofen 2 weeks before surgery. You’re already doing the most important thing by not smoking :)

Very important questions. The cohesivity describes the amount of crosslinking of the silicone in the implants. The more cohesive the implant, the firmer and also the less it will change with gravity. Those are very important questions. The answer to those questions is a bit more complex and depends on what factors are important to you. I always want to get to know my patients and understand exactly what types of changes they want to make. For example a more natural result typically involves a smaller implant. An excellent question. Those surgeries are very common and would not impact your ability to get a tummy tuck. It sounds like you are in great health and would be a great candidate for body contouring procedures. I typically recommend liposuction when the abdominal skin is tight and there are no stretch marks of the belly. When there is overhanging and pinch-able skin a tummy tuck is often best.
