This is not a commonly done approach but it works in the right patient. Implants can be done at the same time. It is important to understand that the upper scar is hidden in the crease along the bottom of the breast but crosses the midline where it can be visible.

My guess in your case is that at least a Benelli lift but more likely a lollipop lift is going to give you the best shape with implants.

Capsulectomy adds significantly to the risk of bleeding and other issues and will prolong recovery. It also makes it risky to do a breast lift at the same time. Considering also the fact that it removes some tissue, there is a definite possibility that it could compromise the eventual result especially if you are thin.
