I don’t think that your skin will sag. In my experience, chances of liposuction causing loose skin is very low as long as you leave 0,5 or 1 cm thickness of fat under the skin. Also if Vaser is applied it will help skin to shrink.
But as I see form the pictures you don’t have too much fat . If you are expecting a very significant difference after the surgery, it may be advisde to put on some weight before surgery.

Usually, Polycystic ovary Syndrome is not a contraindication alone for having a BBL surgery. But some complications caused by PCOS; like diabetes or high blood pressure must be controlled well before and after the surgery. Also, some hormonal therapies used to treat PCOS may increase the risk of venous thromboembolism. Also high BMI casued by PCOS may increase risks related to surgery.

Today, most of the surgeons who perform gluteal implant surgery prefers an intra-muscular approach which means implants are placed between two sheet of gluteus muscle. This provides a better coverage for the implants, and prevents some complications related to subfascial approach. Downside of this technique is surgeon has to choose to correct implant diameter which doesn’t exceed the diameter of gluteus muscle.

It is usually normal for patients to feel their breasts firm and tight for a few weeks after a breast augmentation surgery. It may last longer if hava a less elastic and small amount of skin and strong pectoral muscles.
As I make an assessment form the pictures I may say that your implants has began to settle and you will probably feel more comfortable in about 3-4 weeks.

This amount of bruising after breast augmentation surgery may be considered as normal as long as not accompanied with extreme swelling and pain. As the color of bruising seems to turn into green we may expect that it will fade away in about 1-2 weeks.
