The answer is that you have options. It would be best to have an in person exam to identify the concerns you have and see how loose the skin and abdominal wall is. In either case you will benefit from muscle plication to tighten the diastasis. Skin will need to be removed. If there is excess skin above the belly button then a fully tummy tuck works better but if there is only a little excess skin above the belly button then a mini may work but again an exam is needed.
