Hello,It is possible to do both at the same time, but just remember that fat injections will add volume but will appear different than an implant. Most notably, it will sit much more naturally. Hello,If you are having your capsule removed at the time of explant, it is typical to leave a drain so that you don't get a "seroma" or permanent fluid collection. Some may do things like place sutures in the pocket to close it down but there should be some explanation as to how the space that was once there (with an implant) is going to seal back down. I recommend having a discussion with your surgeon about this and making sure you feel comfortable with the explanation before your surgery...

In general, as long as your anesthetic time is less than 6 hours, this type of procedure can be combined.
