In general, if you plan to get pregnant within the next few years, it may be best to delay the tummy tuck. I have performed many tummy tucks though on weight loss patients, who subsequently became pregnant, and did just fine, as well as post-pregnancy patients who had another pregnancy after their tummy tuck. In general, these patients ultimately still looked great, and did not require any tummy tuck revision.

Silicone breast implants are considered safe, and have been FDA approved for many years. Most patients today are choosing silicone gel breast implants.
