Hi. It appears that you have a rippling and likely a saline implant. I suggest switching to silicone , the plane anatomic of the pocket depending of the tissue texture and internal suture technique will fortify the middle and lateral area to keep the implant centered.Excess of skin could correct with lifting T inverted. Hi! This firmness is the result of the fluid placed during tumescent liposuction and the swelling from the surgery itself. Normally starts to loosen in the first 4-6 weeks , can be minimized by wearing a compression garment and lymphatic massage or ultrasonic. All the best!. Dr.Brenda Pache
