Thanks for your question! I can see why you are frustrated, but I think it's important to point out a couple of things you may not notice. Your inframammary fold was lower on the one breast than the other even in your pre-op photo. Most importantly though, your shoulders are at a very different height. I wonder if perhaps you have a bit of scoliosis. These things should have been noted prior to surgery. I do think that you could benefit from a capsulorrhaphy on the one side to improve...

Thanks for your question! Without seeing you in person, it's difficult to give you an exact answer. However, 575cc on a 5'2" patient sounds quite large. To achieve a D-DD, I may recommend something in the 400cc range. Good luck!

Thanks for your question! Depending on your goals and wish pics, my recommendation would likely be to lift as well. That will reduce the size of the areola, get both breasts perkier and improve the shape. If you just do an implant, you will simply have larger breasts that look similar to your breasts now. Thanks for your question! I think less than 180cc would be a mistake. If you go too small with an implant, you are losing the advantages of an implant (cleavage, upper pole fullness, etc). I would suggest staying with the current recommendation. Good luck!

Breast/implant pain after pregnancy. Could this be early capsular contracture?

Thanks for your question! It could be the start of capsular contracture. It could also be that maybe you pulled the capsule (think of it like a pulled muscle) and that can cause discomfort. Small, subtle movements can sometimes cause it without patients realizing. I would suggest nSAIDS and Tylenol for a couple of weeks to see if the pain subsides. If not, you may want to get an appointment to see your plastic surgeon. Just be sure to keep an eye out for signs of an infection as well. Good luck!
