He also completed a fellowship in plastic surgery at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center in Salt Lake City.

It is difficult to determine the cause of breast asymmetry without an in-person exam, however, the firmer side may be developing a capsular contracture (tightening of scar tissue surrounding implant). I recommend following up with your original surgeon if possible, or seeking out a local plastic surgeon for exam.

Yes, fat transfer to the temples is an option if you are happy with the result of filler. You may need to wait until the filler is mostly dissolved before having fat transfer so the surgeon can see the true volume deficit.

It is hard to tell in the photos if you have malar edema (fluid retention in the upper/ outer cheek). Yes, 2 mls is a reasonable amount to improve your chin profile. Some patients need up to 4 syringes depending on their goals.

Every patient's lip anatomy is vastly different & requires a different treatment approach. Most providers will not place 2 mls in the lips in one setting due to safety concerns. The filler is more likely to migrate when the lip tissue is overstretched and can also cause vascular compression. The final result typically looks best when done slowly over multiple sessions.
