Hello,
Thank you for your question, in your case judging by the pictures , you are a good candidate for a breast lift with implants + a TT. In general we don’t have to remove breast tissue to accommodate the implants , and unfortunately the TT will not help with the laxity of the thighs. In your case the surgeon have to be careful with the thigh lipo, because the flaccidity may worsen.

Thank you for your question, yes you can, theres no problem to go for a medpore or a silicone implants. The only thing its that you have to wait at least 1 year post op from the reconstruction.
