Hi,Thanks for posting your pictures , although the lateral view is cropped and does not allow a better evaluation.  Your procedures selection will depend on your desire to have a bigger butt or not . Liposuction of your back will enhance your curves for sure and show more your own butt . As per your abdomen  and waist line , if you want flat skin , you might need to consider a tummy tuck . Best regards ,

Hi ,You definitely need a tummy tuck to start your shaping process. Unless you can loose weight you might need to get your surgeries in stages in order to stay safe and healthy. My recommendation would be start with tummy tuck + liposuction of your waist and sides.  After you heal , you may be ready to undergo a full Lipo sculpture.  Start eating healthy and loosing the most weight you can while you prepare for your procedure. Best wishes
