It is not abnormal for slight asymmetries after a breast augmentation. The implants will settle at different rates and can be alarming at times for patients. Give it a few weeks and then re-evaluate. However, if you had these asymmetries before surgery then you will likely have some asymmetries after surgery as well.

You are an excellent candidate for an extended tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks. You will absolutely notice a significant difference. In combination with the tummy tuck the liposuction should also provide a great contour to get your pre-baby body back. Please be sure to do your research and that you are choosing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
Can I get a mini tuck or do I need a traditional TT?

Based on your above picture you would benefit more from a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). A mini tummy tuck would only address the skin below your belly button whereas a full tummy tuck would get rid of all of the extra skin that you have highlighted in your pictures. This is usually combined with liposuction for additional contouring.

Loss of a portion of the fat grafts is a very common occurrence after fat grafting (as high as 50% is common). Fat transfer for breast augmentation is definitely more subtle than with implants. Typically you would want to wait until everything is healed which would usually be roughly 6 months from your last surgery.

While it is impossible to guarantee exact cup size, a reduction would result in a smaller and perkier breast while relieving back and neck pain. Breast reduction has a very high satisfaction rate and you appear to be a great candidate based on your pictures.

A blepharoplasty would be your best and most permanent option in which it would surgically remove the excess skin causing the lateral hooding shown in your picture. This can be done under local (or general) anesthesia based on your preference. This is done as an outpatient procedure and the downtime is typically minimal.
