Hello, thanks for your question:I definitely recommend that you lose as much weight as possible, this will ensure a much better result and most importantly, a safer surgery. It is not wise to determine the type of surgery you need before you lose the weight. The ideal is that once you have reached your goal (BMI of less than 30 at least), you are consulted again to determine if skin will be in a good condition to handle liposuction or if you need a skin resection and tightening surgery….

Hello, thanks for your question. If you currently have lose skin in your abdomen (due to previous pregnancies, weight gain, etc), liposuction will most probably create more lose skin, the only tightening procedure in that case is a tummy tuck, maybe looking at a picture of your abdomen would be more helpful.

Hello! Although you post only one side picture, it looks like you need to f take care of the skin first. For a liposuction to be effective and have a good result, skin must have what we call retraction, it must adjust and “shrink” to the new contour. After important weight loss, chances of your skin doing so are minimal and you will probably dislike the result. No matter which technique is offered (laser, vaser, ultrasonic, etc), skin can’t be excessive for liposuction. Hope this works.

Hello,
I believe that there is no need to do a 360 lipo with BBL with just local anesthetic, you will be uncomfortable and probably anxious as well, and that is transmitted to your surgeon, making it a stressful surgery instead of doing things the right way. You can have a full body lipo with BBL with a sedation and an epidural block with an experienced anesthesiologist, monitoring everything all the time and making things SAFE, which should be number 1 priority in any surgery.

By looking at your photo, it appears that you have loose skin and some stretch marks, along with some abdominal distention. All these findings make you an ideal candidate for tummy tuck if what you want is a tight and flat abdomen; skin is removed, the abdominal wall is tightened to bring your muscles back to the center. Probably you are confused because implants are fabricated in very different shapes, so that basically, 3 things have to be taken into account for a breast implant. The first one is the volume (300 cc, 450 cc, etc), the second one is the diameter of the implant (wide) and the third one is the projection of the implant (how tall it is).So the best way to have the same size is to know exactly which implant you have (not only the volume) and finding a similar one with silicone filling.
