Hi. It’s normal to get some wrinkling of the lower eyelid skin when you smile, and this is just part of our expressions and character. Hi. You don’t need a tummy tuck. You look great! You are slim, with well toned abdominal muscles, and you have the sort of tummy most women would die for after having children!
I can see that there is no significant diastasis recti, you have no loose excess skin, and you have only a very thin layer of subcutaneous fat under the skin, so liposuction won’t help and tummy tuck is not suitable for you.

You will have internal stitches in the pubic region which take most of the tension of the tummy tuck. These stitches pull the upper skin down and hold the scar down in the bikini line. These stitches don’t lie directly beneath the scar but may be lower down. Usually these stitches dissolve after 3-6 months.
However if you are in discomfort and you are concerned, please check with your surgeon and get a review.

What you describe sounds similar to something that doctors call Dowager’s hump, or more impolitely a “Buffalo” hump.

Hi. 615cc implants are very large. Large implants can cause more problems in the long term because they are very heavy, they can lead to stretch marks, and they cause the breast to droop and stretch quicker. I generally recommend women not to choose implants greater than 350cc, although I do recognise that most women want larger implants than their surgeon thinks is ideal.

You’d get a much better result from a full (standard) tummy tuck.
A mini tummy tuck deals only with loose skin below the navel, or it is sometimes good for improving an unsightly Caesarian section scar. However is could distort the skin above the navel and leave loose skin and bulges in the upper tummy.
A full tummy tuck removes excess skin and flattens the tummy both above and below the navel. I believe you’d be more satisfied and happy with the results.
