Interruption in wearing Invisalign aligners, can I stop now and pick it back up in a few months?
Interrupting Invisalign treatment

If you interrupt the treatment then it will not proceed as planned. Most likely you will need your teeth rescanned and treatment restarted. As this costs time and staff for you Dental provider I would expect to pay a fee to them for your change in plans. I hope this helps.
I am on my second tray of Invisalign and the top impression does not cover my back molars. Is this no

Great question but a bit confusing. If you have molar teeth they need at least partial coverage or they will over erupt. If you have no molars I’m not sure why you are asking. I hope that helps.
Is this implant doomed to fail?
Implant failure

I think it a too early to tell. I would stick at it. Most likely a gum infection around the healing abutment. Doesn’t mean failure. In the event it is then I would suggest repeating the procedure. Like any medical procedure outcomes are not guarenteed. I hope that helps.
I had put in my second set on Monday and my dog chewed them up. Is it okay to put in my third set? I

Always go to the next set. It may take longer to catch up and need a rescan later but better to press on. I hope that helps.
Why do my Invisalign trays have bumps on the back of them? Is this for buttons/attachments?
Precision bite ramps
Feb 28, 2018
Feb 28, 2018
Hi M Oley,
The bumps on the back are precision bite ramps to aid the intrusion of your lower teeth. They have been purposely design by your orthodontist. They’re different to spaces designed for attachments elsewhere. There shouldn’t be attachments on your teeth underneath. The most important part is to wear them for 22 hours a day and ideally only have 4×30 minute breaks. The design has been done and now the rest is up to you. Good luck

Tray 5 of my Invisalign fits loosely, advice?

Hey Eli
It will be fine as long as it fits correctly. There is a misapprehension that all the trays do the same thing. It is designed by the doctor and some will feel like they are doing more than others.

PS if you don’t wear them I guarantee it won’t work.

Upper molar distalisation with Invisalign

Hi Alex,
I would if you haven’t already, remove you wisdom teeth and then sequentially distalise your molars with elastic removing the need to extract teeth at the front. Great Class II Invisalign case.
