I get asked this question a lot and my answer is 2 weeks. I see my patients 3 days after surgery and one week after that. I’d prefer to see my patients at least twice before they travel.

Thank you for the question and photos. You appear to have enlarged areolae which is one of the features of tuberous breasts but you don’t have tuberous breasts.
I recently operated on someone who has a similar appearance and requested that her Areolae be reduced without implants. I performed a circumareolar reduction on her while she was awake in the office under local anesthetic.
It is not complicated.

During the consultation you will be fitted with different implant sample sizes until you feel comfortable with the size you desire. Thank you for the question and photos. Fat transfer to the breast is a good option as long as you understand that the size increase will be 0.5 to 1 cup size and the shape will remain the same. However the difference between your breasts appear larger in the photo, maybe 2 cup sizes. So you would be a good candidate for a small reduction in the larger breast and augmentation with fat in the smaller breast so they become more symmetrical without using implants. Just make sure you see a bo...
