Though you may think that the bridge is too big I honestly believe (by this pic - which may not reflect the reality) that most of the problem is your tip, shape, position and support.

It looks like that you still have some swelling (perhaps due to the recent trauma) or you are developing some scar tissue which is very common to see in a nose with a very thick skin like yours. Give it some more months and then see your surgeon.

Most of the problem is due to the tip cartilage.
You are a great candidate for a "preservation rhinoplasty" which modifies the bridge very slightly resulting in very natural look and can reduce and support the tip efficiently and safely.

All my procedure involves some kind of Septoplasty. Therefore my procedure is called Septorhinoplasty.
With the nose you cannot really think that the septum is a separate structure. They work and act together. It is extremely rare not to touch the septum at all, particularly if the nose is not straight.

Swelling or graft or scar, it will certainly improve over time. Wait at least 6 weeks and then ask again your surgeon. A second opinion is really something not necessary at this stage. Relax and do not look at your nose too much for the next couple of weeks, though I know it is difficult not to.

It is a bit hard to address your concerns without at least a picture.
Anyhow, the situation your are experienced is not rare and it should cause too much distress and worry.
Clean the wound and change the dressing every day and start to worry if the wound opens up or you develop temperature or if the breast becomes much larger than the other or painful to pressure/touch.

Bearing in mind the our body is not symmetrical and I usually say to my patients that the breast are sisters, not twins... some kind of asymmetry is very common after breast uplift/reduction.
A massive asymmetry, especially when the breast were not significantly different before surgery, is not common and should be discussed with your surgeon.
If you didn't develop any complications after surgery, i would discuss your concerns with your surgeon after 2-3 months when the swelling...
