Thank you for your email. It sounds like you have a significant rectus diastasis. As you may know this is a stretching of the fascia or connective tissue between the rectus abdominis muscles. It's more or less a seam between the muscles that has widened. The only treatment of this is to directly repair it. Nothing else will work.
