Without getting an MRI there would be no way to tell if you have a leak with gel implants. With saline your breasts would deflate , with silicone they do not.

That would really depend on how tall you are and how wide your ribs are. This really is something your surgeon and not yourself should be trying to figure out. To me those numbers sound small. But it also depends on what you consider a full c / small d looks like.

I think your nipples sit a bit on the low side but I don't think you really need a lift. If you don't mind the little asymmetry I think you could just put implants in.

The difference in 280 to 305 is minimal. if the doctor is letting you choose the size I would say choose the larger one because not too many people after surgery say they are too large , only I wish I would have gone larger.

If you know how to loosen the muscle properly going from over to under should not give you a double bubble if you don't have one now. I think a 150 hp implant would look kind of round. If you want to look more natural a lower profile implant is often better in that size range. If they are firm you may have a bit of capsular contracture that is making them look round

I would suggest waiting a bit longer to let it heal. the other areola may stretch out with time. if after several months it still appears different and bothers you I would discuss with your surgeon

It depends on the experience and comfort level for each surgeon. Either incision really could be used unless your areola was extremely small. Whether or not you need a drain would depend on each persons situation. I usually determine whether a person needs a drain or not during surgery.
