After serving three years in the U.S. Navy, he later completed his general surgery residency at the University Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida and trained in plastic and cosmetic surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center and the Charlotte Plastic Surgery Center in North Carolina. There, he became an expert in state-of-the-art technology and techniques, including endoscopic surgery and laser surgery.

Yes at 11 months you would require another operation to get things looking better. This may just take a slight revision with minimal downtime. It may require opening the pocket and adjusting or tacking the pocket.

The pocket certainly could have been made to low or this may be normal settling. I would revise the implant pocket through another approach possible tacking the fold. Also a larger implant may give more upper pole fullness.

A lot of this is due to your overall shape and width of sternum along with general settling and stretching of the skin. Tacking of the pocket and revision of the attachments and shapemof the pocket may help.

It is reasonable to exchange implants at this time. A silicone implant will give you a more natural feel with less wrinkling. Also the hewer gummy implants have a thicker gel which should be better tolerated with more superior fullness of your breasts.

One month is way to early to be overly concerned about pain. Certainly tacking stitches can cause some of this however it should not be permanent, The nerves can be irritated and may take time to settle. Im not sure why you were pushing them down but this may be normal settling or you may end up needing an implant to fill in the upper pole area or if the pocket has settled too low tacking of the inframammary fold may be indicated.

I feel that you have a pretty good result overall. There may be a slight asymmetry . The larger the implant the more fullness and better cleavage line you will have. I find that going up at least 100cc will help depending on how big you are willing to be. Less than 100 cc will most likely not give you what you are looking for.
