It is perfectly normal to be nervous about a future event. Whether it is a consultation or a surgery. I think you will feel less anxious after you go to your consultation. The doctor will be able to answer your questions better after an in-person exam. If you are starting off small there may be a limit to the size implant that you can get. Breasts can sag for many reasons besides aging. You do not need a procedure but if you would like to improve the appearance of your breats because they bother you then I would recommend a breast lift. If you would like upper pole fullness than you could also add breast implants. Hi,It is hard to tell what exactly is going on just by looking at these photos. I would follow up with your surgeon so he/she can examine you. It may simply be a defect in the skin or it could be something else. If it is a skin issue that could be addressed in the office with local anesthesia. Hi,It is honestly hard to tell you what is going on based off of the pictures above. I would recommend going to a board certified surgeon to get an in-person assesment. Hi,You would need to be seen in person for an exam before gauranteeing you that it can be revised for sure but it does seem like it based on your pictures. This could be done in a plastic surgeons office under local anesthesia. You would simply cut out the old scar and make a newly improved belly button.
